Website New Design Questionnaire

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill this out. This questionnaire is extensive, but necessary. Try to be as detailed as possible with your answers. Take the time figure out what you like, particularly websites you like, color and font. Those will help us frame the website out. Thank you again!

Not your personal contact info, the contact info that is usually displayed in the footer or contact page of your website. At the very least a phone number is customary. Some companies list everything: phone, email, address, fax.
For internal purposes only, so everyone our team can have a basic understanding and feel for what you do.

For SEO customers: there will be a separate questionnaire for SEO specifically, and we will do full keyword research. Either way it is good for us to know this during the design phase.

List any special features you need on your website. Examples include eCommerce, megamenu, CRM integration etc. Blogs and basic contact forms are included in all website quotes.

Usually most websites 1 font for headings and 1 font for the body. Please colors that you would like to use (at least 2, 3 is great) You can name the colors like "steel grey" or name them by HEX or RGB code.
