Kaya runs operations and project management for the agency. She owns SEO and link-building strategy across client work, drives project and operations management for web design and development, and handles client communication and onboarding from kickoff onward.
She oversees day-to-day operations across client accounts, web development projects, and internal workflows while helping bridge the gap between strategy, execution, and communication. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly, Kaya helps keep both clients and projects running smoothly from kickoff to launch and beyond.
Off the clock, she’s usually teaching fitness classes, working out in her garage gym, or spending time with her husband and rescue dogs.
